Alu-window frame for protective clothing

The alu window frames are bent and they are used in heavy heat protection suits. Normally gold-coated PC-visors or visors made of laminated glass are inserted into the frames. The visors are locked with a screw. The window frames are available for two different glass sizes: 220x110 mm and 250x150 mm (only PC-visors).

The visors are made of high quality polycarbonate. They fit in both versions of the alu-window frame. The gold layer reflects a large part of the radiant heat. Therefore the visor give a good heat protection (IR-protection shade 4-4 or 4-5).
