Dear business associates,
Allow me to introduce myself and the company.
My name is Volker Fiedler and I have been working as a mechanical engineer in occupational health and safety for over 40 years. I started my own business 25 years ago and took over the occupational safety company Rudolf Uhlen in Haan/Rheinland. Rudolf Uhlen has been manufacturing personal protective equipment (PPE) for a wide range of applications for more than 50 years. Under my management, the company has grown steadily from a “one-man operation” to a business with 23 employees.
A particular focus of our production is in the area of face and eye protection. The standard product range covers the areas of helmet mounts, head mounts, protective screens against mechanical and chemical impacts, gold-coated protective screens as infrared protection, heat shields made of wire mesh through to welding goggles .
In addition to this extensive standard range, I am also committed to meeting the diverse protection requirements of special work applications and to responding to individual customer wishes.
